What I am starting tomorrow

This is not my first attempt at Paleo, but this time I hope to be able to stick to it better. I experienced its benefits each time I tried it, the problem was that it is kind of hard to eliminate wheat from your diet when everything we traditionally eat is full of it. With Paleo it is difficult to find anything ok to eat but what you yourself cook and when you are out and about all day, it is virually impossible to avoid things you shouldn't eat.
The fortunate things are in my case that with my 7 months old little girl I am hardly out and about all day, and also, I love cooking and experimenting and being creative.
The unfortunate things are that with my 7 months old little girl I find being at home all the time a little confining, which can be stressful, and I'm a typical stress/comfort eater. The other thing is, my husband is not on Paleo and he keeps eating cheesecakes and crumbles in front of me all the time. Grrr, the temptations :D
I am planning to weigh myself every Sunday morning and then let you know how I feel, etc. I am feeling quite brave and all, sharing my weight, haha :D I am also going to write about temptations and difficulties as well as the good stuff.
Hopefully I can inspire some of you to join me and we can help each other by sharing our experiences. Comments are always welcome, but please be nice :))
